当时我加入技术团队的时候，公司没有流程规范、也没有人去指引。但是当我们遇到一些问题的时候，会先尽快去找到一个解决办法、先解决问题，在事后去复盘，再找到问题的根源。未来，我的想法是做出的设备更加智能稳定，服务更多的客户，给客户带来实质性的收益。

There is no process standard or guidance at the beginning, so we try to find a solution to the problems first when they are encountered, and then review the situation to find the root cause of the problem.
